Antarctic Fur Seal ddRAD sequencing for demographics and adaptation analyses

This study investigates Antarctic Fur Seals, Arctocephalus gazella, resident on sub-antarctic islands around Antarctica. ddRAD sequencing was used to explore natural selection differences between islands, and to model demographic history, particularly recovery from harvest and natural disruptions.
