Acartia tonsa Raw sequence reads: experimental evolution epigenetics

Experimental evolution in Acartia tonsa to understand the ability to adapt to climate change. We subjected replicate lines to 25 generations of selection for low pH, high temperature, combined low pH and high temperature, and a control line. These data are epigenetic (RRBS) and sequence capture results to compare genomic versus epigenetic changes in response to experimental conditions.
