Field data of leaf reflectance, transmittance and chlorophyll fluorescence collected in the summer of 2015 at Campus Klein Altendorf (50.61297 N ,6.99420 E) on two varieties of Soybean2. Model simulation and figure plotting code to analyse the radiative transfer of fluorescence in leaves and vegetation canopies.
