Table SM-3: Splice tie table for ODP Site 138-850

This is the splice tie table for Site 850 (originally preferred format for presenting the splice).Each row lists a tie point between consecutive cores, which together form the splice. The table starts with the topmost core and ends with the final core in the splice.TIE indicates where that the core is directly tied to the previous core. The revised m CCSF (revised metres core composite depth below sea floor) depth will be identical between cores at the location of the splice tie point.APPEND indicates where the core is appended to the previous core. The revised m CCSF (revised metres core composite depth below sea floor) depth may not be identical between cores at the location of the append point.
