Vprašalnik je sestavljen iz osmih sklopov vprašanj. Prvi sklop vsebuje vprašanja o osebni sreči, kvaliteti življenja in življenjskem standardu intervjuvanca in njegove družine, o odnosu do različnih skupin ljudi in zaupanju do ljudi in institucij. V drugem sklopu se nahajajo vprašanja, ki zadevajo vlogo države in oceno stanja gospodarstva na Slovenskem. Tretji sklop je posvečen vprašanjem o politiki, oceni zadovoljstva z demokracijo, naklonjenosti posameznim političnim strankam in politikom. Četrti sklop je posvečen intervjuvančevemu spremljanju medijev. Peti blok zadeva odnos do politikov in politike ter način vodenja države in političnih strank, šesti blok pa stališča o pridruževanju Slovenije Evropski uniji. V sedmem sklopu so vprašanja o športnih in rekreacijskih aktivnostih intervjuvancev, v osmem pa demografska vprašanja.
The questionnaire consists of eight clusters of questions. The first cluster contains questions on personal happiness, quality of life, and standard of living of interviewee and his family, on her/his attitude towards different groups of people, and trust of people and institutions. In the second cluster, there are questions on the role of the state, and the assessment of the situation of the economy in Slovenia. The third cluster is dedicated to questions on politics, satisfaction with democracy, disposition towards respective political parties and politicians. The fourth cluster is dedicated to the interviewee's attendance to the media. The fifth cluster is on the attitudes towards politicians and politics, and the way country and political parties should be governed. The sixth cluster is on the attitudes of interviewees in relation to joining of Slovenia to the European Union. In the seventh cluster questions on sports and recreational activities of interviewees are to be found, and in the eight one there are demographic questions.
