Transcriptome analysis of the hypoxia response in the Antarctic notothenioid fish, Notothenia coriiceps

The goal of this project was to determine the capacity of the Antarctic fish, Notothenia coriiceps, to respond to hypoxia (2.3 mg L-1 O2) for 12 hours) and induce gene expression.
