Marinobacter nauticus strain:NI9 Transcriptome or Gene expression

Marinobacter hydrocarbonoclasticus NI9 isolated from Key West seawater has the ability to degrade short chain alkanes and several aromatic compounds such as ethyl benzenes and certain C3 alkylbenzene compounds. We sequenced the genome and analyzed its transcriptome when growing in Jet-A fuel.
