Exploration of the degS mutant effects the growth of Vibrio cholerae and its global regulatory function by RNA sequencing

we aimed to characterize the molecular functions and further investigate the regulatory network of degS in V. cholerae. Overall design: To uncover the underlying molecular basis and further investigate the regulatory network of degS in V. cholerae, we used high-throughput RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) technology to analyze the differential transcriptomic profile between the wild type and degS mutant strains.
