Transcriptomics analysis of liver in Paralichthys olivaceus

Infertility is a serious disorder in which the individual has no fecundity at all. The infertility in human being not only affects reproduction, but also has impacts on hormone secretion, metabolism as well as immune system . For DH Japanese flounder, the causes of infertility and its effects on other organs are remained uncertain, largely because many aspects of the reproductive biology of this species largely unknown or incomplete. Through constructing ceRNA networks of liver whole transcriptome, we revealed the effects of infertility on liver functions, which provided valuable information that sheds more light on the mechanism underlying infertility in fish.
