Genome-wide gene expression responses to experimental manipulation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae Repressor Activator Protein 1 (Rap1) expression level

We analyze genome-wide gene expression response of Saccharomyces cerevisiae to sequential reduction of RAP1 levels. Overall design: We compared yeast with wildtype RAP1 level with yeast with three levels of decreased RAP1 expression using the TET off system and differing amounts of doxycycline in the growth media.
