TEX86 temperature proxies of Knapps Narrows sediment core from the Eastern Shore of Maryland


All GDGTs were analyzed using an Agilent 1290 infinity ultra high-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) coupled to an Agilent 6135 single quadrupole mass spectrometer, using the settings described in Hopmans et al. (2013, doi:10.1002/2013GC004904) and Hopmans et al. (2016, doi:10.1016/j.orggeochem.2015.12.006). Masses are laboratory information regarding the mass of the biomarker fractions and the volumes of solvents injected into the LC/MS.
