Transcriptomes of transgenerational effects of elevated temperature on the embryos of the sea urchin Strongylocentrotus intermedius

To determine the molecular roles of the TE under elevated temperatures, the embryos that hatching at 18°C and 21°C which from laboratory temperature and long-term elevated temperature (laboratory temperature +3°C) exposed the sea urchin Strongylocentrotus intermedius were sequenced by the transcriptome.
