But when Joe asked the receptionist for an appointment, he was told that it would be over a month before the next available appointment. What should Joe do? " The answer was categorized by two coders into one of 4 categories: destructive, passive, somewhat proactive, proactive. The coding book is supplied. The variables include the categorization by the two coders, as well as the resolved category.
