Using genetic connectivity to improve source reef model outputs and predictions of recovery

This project examines the pattern of genomic diversity of Acropora sp coral across the Great Barrier Reef with the goal of incorporating this genetic information in various aspects of coral reef management in the Great Barrier Reef. This information includes potential delineation of coral species and estimation of connectivity between coral populations across the Great Barrier Reef
