Hepatic trasncriptomic data of Acanthochromis polyacanthus F2 offspring transgenerationally exposed to warming

Two generations of A. polyacanthus have been exposed to to simulated ocean warming with natural diel thermal fluctuations at different ontogenetic stages to disentangle the importance of exposure timing to warming in transgenerational acclimation. Also, maternal and paternal effects of exposure to warming have been assessed.
