Long Term Evolution of Vibrio cholerae movants

We evolved for 1000 generations a parental, S10Tnp-35, S10Tnp-1120 and S10TnpC2+479 movant strains. We sequenced the founding clones, populations after 250 and 1000 generations. We also isolated and deep sequenced isolated clones. First, we proceeded with smooth and spontaneous rugose clones at G1000. Then we sequenced fast growing clones isolated at G250.
