SOLiD technology was used to map the transcriptional changes in Atlantic halibut larvae at different stages of metamorphosis. This study contributes substantially to the molecular resources available for this species and it is an important tool for identifying new potential molecular markers for solving problems related to Atlantic halibut production during metamorphosis.
