RNA-seq of V. cholerae cultured in aerobic and anaerobic LB, with and without bile acid supplementation

Vibrio cholerae was grown at 37 degrees celsius for two hours or overnight in standard aerobic LB, anaerobic LB, LB supplemented with bile acids, or anaerobic LB supplemented with bile acids. RNA was harvested from cell pellets at each time point. RNA transcripts were sequences with paired end 150x150 RNAseq to identify differentially expressed genes in the non-standard conditions.
