Soil nematode diversity in agricultural ecosystems

This project focuses on investigating the impacts of climatic change on soil nematode diversity in typical agricultural ecosystems in northwest China. With the use of high-throughput sequencing (HTS) technology, 18S sequencing data was obtained from soil samples collected across agricultural ecosystems experiencing varying precipitation levels. The taxonomic composition of soil nematode communities will be analyzed based on this data.
