Namen raziskave je ugotoviti mnenje anketiranih o tem, ali je samostojna država izpolnila njihova pričakovanja in na katerem prodročju. Poleg tega pa tudi mnenje o tem, katerim področjem mora država v prihodnosti posvetiti največ pozornosti.

Goal of this survey was to find out whether or not did new independent state in its ten years of existence fulfill expectations of interviewed individuals and on which spheres should state work concentrate in the future.
