Transcriptome analysis of goldfish, Carassius auratus in response to microplastics

The purpose of this study is to perform expression profile of globalwide genes under control condition, and when exposed to 0.1 mg/L Microplastics and 0.5 mg/L Microplastics. The results from this study gives insight on the specific and common genes expressed under experimental groups on Oxidative stress/anti-oxidant pathways, energy metabolic pathways, growth regulating pathways, detoxification pathways, ion-regulation pathways and immune response pathways.
