Whole genome resequencing of Fraser River (British Columbia, Canada) coho salmon

Coho salmon were sampled from multiple streams and the big bar landslide (2019-2021) in the Fraser River (British Columbia, Canada). Whole genome resequencing was used to identify variants from these salmon. The goal of this project was to generate a SNP panel that could distinguish these sample locations for future projects and for conservation efforts. A further goal was to also establish a resource for coho salmon researchers.
