The ROS Regulates NCF2, Key Metabolic Enzymes and MDA Levels to Affect the Growth of Fusarium solani

To investigate the expression level of NCF2, SOD1, CTA1 and PXMP4. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 different treatments. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for pure culture , DPI treatment and H2O2 treatment.
