GLASSgo Setup & Usage

Instruction video to install and use GLASSgo on multiple resources (e.g., Docker, Galaxy, web server).

GLASSgo is available at Github with instructions and application data and is distributed under the MIT license.

Furthermore, GLASSgo can applied using the RNA Workbench Server or the GLASSgo Web Server

The analyses illustrated in this video were performed using GLASSgo v1.5.2 using Docker v19.03.4 and Galaxy v20.01. Furthermore, the RNA workbench server and the GLASSgo web server were operated on GLASSgo 1.5.2 and accessed on the 28th of March 2020.
