Slovene Public Opinion Survey 1999/1

Study begins with replication of international Transition to democracy survey. Topics include understanding of democracy, evaluation of functioning of political institutions, economic situation, party system and elections. Most of the indicators are adapted from standard literature on western democracies. Second part consists of the permanent study about public attitudes toward defence preparnes and army. Special emphasis is on NATO integration. The questionnaire concludes with the large block of standard SJM demographic variables.
