Raziskava sodi v sklop rednih mesečnih telefonskih anket, namenjenih spremljanju zadovoljstva z delom vlade in ocenjevanja razmer v državi. Raziskava meri tudi odnos slovenske javnosti do vključitve Slovenije v zvezo NATO ter strankarske preference. Tokratni aktualni blok vključuje stališča do državnih simbolov in v volilnem letu začne z vprašanji o možnih kandidatih za predsednika države.

Survey is part of monthly telephone surveys, designed for measuring satisfaction with the work of Slovene government and evaluation of work of government institutions. Survey measure relation of Slovene public towards EU and NATO membership and party preferences. Topical themes in this Politbarometer include attitude towards change of national symbols and most appropriate candidate for country's president.
