Sequencing of Vibrio cholerae isolate for complete genome assembly

The goal of this project is to generate the complete genome sequence of a specific Vibrio cholerae strain isolated from patient stool. Leveraging the advantages of Illumina, PacBio and Oxford Nanopore sequencing technologies will potentially enable the reconstruction of the fully closed genome.
