Barombi Mbo cichlid radiation and outgroup Sarotherodon galilaeus whole genome raw sequence reads

Whole genome sequences of 10 of the 11 cichlids of Barombi Mbo crater lake radiation, one of the clearest examples of sympatric speciation in the wild, used to detect signatures of secondary gene flow into the radiation from nearby riverine cichlid populations and investigate the role of that gene flow played in the diversification of the Barombi Mbo cichlids.
