Multi-scale characterization of skin-associated microbiota of Gilthead Seabream and European seabass in controlled conditions

The objective of this study was to characterize taxonomic and phylogenetic diversities of skin bacterial community at the interspecific, inter- and intra-individual scales of two teleostean fish species, namely the European seabass (Dicentrarchus labrax) and gilthead seabream (Sparus aurata) raised in controlled conditions.
