The purpose of this study is to gather the data about current situation on the field of human resource management in Slovenia from international comparative perspective. The data allow comparison with the countries of EU and transition countries. Research was coordinated trough Cranfield network (CRANET) by Cranfield University, Scholl of Management. The data offers the possibility of benchmarking human resources management in Slovenia. Details of data and collection: The data is collected through a standardised, postal, questionnaire. The questionnaire is addressed to the most senior HR/personnel specialist. Questions are focused at organisational level. The survey covers major areas of HRM policies and practices. It is not an opinion survey: questions require factual answers (numbers or percentages) or a yes/no response to factual questions (e.g. do you use…).
