Vprašalnik je sestavljen iz osmih sklopov. Prvi sklop vsebuje vprašanja o socialnih razmerah v Sloveniji, o osebni sreči, kvaliteti življenja in življenjskem standardu intervjuvanca in njegove družine. V drugem sklopu se nahajajo vprašanja o vrednotah, zaupanju v institucije, družini in sosedom ter o ekologiji. Tretji sklop zajema vrednotenje poklicev in odnos do zdravja. V četrtem sklopu se nahajajo vprašanja, ki zadevajo vlogo države in oceno stanja gospodarstva na Slovenskem. Peti sklop je posvečen vprašanjem o politiki, oceni zadovoljstva z demokracijo, naklonjenosti posameznim političnim strankam in politikom ter zadeva odnos do politikov in politike ter način vodenja države in političnih strank. Šesti sklop pokriva vprašanja o vključevanju Slovenije v mednarodne povezave. V sedmem sklopu anketirane sprašujemo o razumevanju preteklosti, v osmem pa so demografska vprašanja.
The questionnaire consists of eight clusters of questions. The first cluster contains questions on social conditions, on personal happiness, quality of life, and standard of living of interviewee and his/hers family. In second cluster respondents were asked about values, trust in institutions, family and neighbours and questions about ecology. Third cluster capture respondents evaluation of occupations and his/hers relation towards health. In the fourth cluster, there are questions on the role of the state, and the assessment of the situation of the economy in Slovenia. The fifth cluster is dedicated to questions on politics, satisfaction with democracy, disposition towards respective political parties and politicians. The sixth cluster is dedicated to international relations. The seventh cluster is on the attitudes towards past, and in the eight one there are demographic questions.
