The complexity of co-limitation: Nutrigenomics reveal non-additive interactions of calcium and phosphorus on gene expression in Daphnia pulex

We grew Daphnia pulex in a variety of low nutrient conditions (low Ca, low P, low Ca and P, high Ca and P) before extracting the RNA and sending for NGS sequencing at Genome Quebec. The aim of this project was to characterise transcriptomic responses to poor nutrition and to look for molecular evidence of co-limitation by multiple limiting nutrients
