Effects of dietary arachiondic acid on the transcriptome profiles of adipose tissue in grass carp, Ctenopharyngodon idella

A 10-week feeding experiment was performed by using two isonitrogenous and isoenergetic purified diets, namely ARA free (control) and 0.30% ARA (ARA group). The adipose tissue from three fish each group were sampled and transcriptome sequencing was performed.
