Availability of vitamin B12 and its lower ligand a-ribazole affect growth and composition of prokaryotic and protist communities in oceanic systems (16S DNA)

We conducted three mesocosm experiments in the south-subtropical, equatorial and subarctic Pacific Ocean on board of the scientific cruise SO248, surveying the effect of vitamin B12 and a-ribazole (B12 lower ligand) supply to the microbial community. We uploaded our illumina sequenced microbial community analysis data (V3-V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene) of selected time points of our mesocosm experiments.
