We present results of diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, environmental magnetism, and grain size from a Lake sediment, Tenchong Qinghai Lake. This lake is located in the Tengchong district, Yunan province of China (25°08′06″ - 25°07′44″N, 98°34′11″ - 98°34′26″E). This lake is located in the Tengchong district, Yunan province of China (25°08′06″ - 25°07′44″N, 98°34′11″ - 98°34′26″E). The age-depth model of two cores was reconstructed by Yang et al (2022). The diffuse reflectance spectroscopy data were measured for powder samples using a PerkinElmer Lambda 950 spectrophotometer with a diffuse reflectance attachment. The in-phase and out-of-phase susceptibility was measured by using a Kappabridge KLY-5 with a frequency of 1220 Hz. The grain size analyses were carried out with a Mastersizer 3000 laser diffraction particle size analyzer achieving a distribution between 0.2 and 500 μm.
