This data collection consists of data from three fixed stations (W1M3A, PALOMA, MIRAMARE) and one pair of autonomous surface vehicles (SD-1030 and SD-1053), which all took part in the demonstration experiment ATL2MED. The ATL2MED demonstration experiment took place between October 2019 and July 2020, when two Salidrone vessels equipped with scientific instruments sailed from the North-East Atlantic Ocean to the Gulf of Trieste in the Mediterranean Sea. The following fixed stations took part in the experiment: DYFAMED, W1M3A, E2M3A, PALOMA and MIRAMARE fixed stations. So did also the R/V Meteor and two gliders. Involved institutions/projects/company were: GEOMAR, CNRS, LOV, PLOCAN, OSCM, IH, SOCIB, OGS, HZG, CSM, CNR-ISMAR, CNR-IAS, ICOS-OTC, and Saildrone Inc.
