Amplicon sequencing of CRISPR/Cas9 edited Lbx-A gene in lampreys.

To clarify which of the lamprey larval muscles require function of Lbx-A during development, we disrupted LjLbx-A locus during embryogenesis, using CRISPR/Cas9-mediated gene editing. In order to confirm the effect of gene editing, amplicon library was constructed using a multiplexed method, and DNA sequencing was performed by Illumina MiSeq.
