The scientific objective of the study is to identify: - the knowledge and judgments of groups of individuals concerning insecurity and social solidarity related to their own situation and those of other social groups, - the principles of articulation, organization and variation of this knowledge and judgments, - the sources of information on which this knowledge and judgments are based. The practical purpose of the study is to highlight in the context of social security and its future: - significant visions of insecurity and solidarity, - the state of knowledge and, in the case of young people in particular, the state of readiness to enter and adapt to a social security system; - the points of convergence and divergence between expert proposals and the views of the general public, - ways to train and inform the population, especially the youth.

L'objectif scientifique de la recherche est d'identifier: - les connaissances et les jugements de groupes d'individus concernant l'insécurité et la solidarité sociale liées à leur propre situation et à celles d'autres groupes sociaux, - les principes d'articulation, d'organisation et de variation de ces connaissances et jugements, - les sources d'information sur lesquelles se fondent ces connaissances et ces jugements. L'objectif pratique de la recherche est de mettre en évidence dans le cadre de la sécurité sociale et de son avenir: - les visions significatives de l'insécurité et de la solidarité, - l'état des connaissances et, s'agissant des jeunes en particulier, l'état de préparation à entrer dans un système de sécurité sociale et à s'y adapter; - les points de convergence et de divergence entre des propositions d'experts et les conceptions de l'homme de la rue, - des pistes pour former et informer la population, la jeunesse notamment.
