Availability of vitamin B12 and its lower ligand a-ribazole affect growth and composition of prokaryotic and protist communities in oceanic systems (18S DNA)

We conducted three mesocosm experiments in the south-subtropical, equatorial and subarctic Pacific Ocean on board of the scientific cruise SO248, surveying the effect of vitamin B12 and a-ribazole (B12 lower ligand) supply to the microbial community. We uploaded our illumina sequenced microbial community analysis data (V9 fragment of the 18S rRNA gene) of selected time points of our mesocosm experiments.
