The dataset comprises three surveys (headteachers in an 8% national sample of secondary schools; headteachers in a 25% random sample of secondary schools; science teachers in a 25% random sample of secondary schools). The main purpose was to determine the headteachers' and science teachers' familiarity with curriculum development projects and their use of them, and to correlate this with a variety of possible influential factors affecting familiarity and use.
