Gilthead sea bream IgM and IgT repertoire upon Enteromyxum leei infection

Immunoglobulin repertoire analysis of naive and immunized gilthead sea bream (Sparus aurata) against the myxozoan intestinal parasite Enteromyxum leei. IgM and IgT sequences were amplified from anterior intestine of naive fish and fish that survived and cleared an infection with Enteromyxum leei and were re-exposed to the parasite.
