Variance-based sensitivity analysis of BIOME-BGC for gross and net primary production

DOI

This research conducted variance-based sensitivity analysis (VBSA) of the process-based simulator BIOME-BGC for gross and net primary production (GPP and NPP) output in a Douglas-fir stand at the Speulderbos forest site, The Netherlands. Such an analysis allowed identification of the most influential input parameters of BIOME-BGC and provided insight into the simulator function.

A file list and description of data (i.e., metadata) in each file are provided in the uploaded pdf file "SensitivityAnalysis_BIOME-BGC_codebook_Version1.pdf". This pdf file also provides a brief description of the methodology adopted in the research.
