Transcriptomics of the fungi Clonostachys rosea was employed to investigate the effcets of fungi on algal cells

The objective of this study was to examine the effects of the fungi Clonostachys rosea on the growth and photosynthesis of the freshwater microalgae Chlorella sp. during indirect contact co-culture, investigating signaling metabolites related to the interaction of fungi and microalgae.
