Effects of different reoxygenation methods after acute hypoxic stress on the metabolic remodeling of golden pompano (Trachinotus blochii)

Numerous studies have demonstrated that golden pompano (Trachinotus blochii) is sensititive to hypoxia, which causes a devastating blow to the golden pompano industry. And different methods of reoxygenation after hypoxia could bring differnt effects on metabolism for golden pompano. Overall design: Examination a total of 24 RNA-seq of liver in different duration of hypoxia and different methods of reoxygenation. Please note that the identifiers in processed data (e.g. Trachinotus_GLEAN_10000042, etc.) are self-numbered in the transcriptome sequencing, and then these identifiers were annotated based on the genome as included in the Tra_gene.nr.xls annotation file.
