Symbiodiniaceae communities in the feces of fish and in sediment and seawater from Mo'orea

We analyzed the community of Symbiodiniaceae in the feces of coral-eating fish, as well as in the feces of grazer/detritivores and in sediment and seawater controls. We sought to test whether the communities of Symbiodiniaceae in the feces of coral-eating fish were more similar to those in locally abundant corals than those communities in the feces of grazer/detritivores and in sediments and seawater.
