Seasonal variation on ITS2 profiles in the staghorn coral Acropora cervicornis

Coral fragment were collected after the impact of Hurricanes Maria and Irma, from reefs around Culebra Island, PR. Fragments were directly outplanted and followed for 17 months. Here we analyzed the seasonal variation of the symbiont community using ITS2. Our results indicate a consistent stability of the symbiont community.
