eDNA survey of Knight Inlet, British Columbia

Marine biodiversity is a key indicator of ecosystem health and can be assessed using a variety of survey methods, including environmental DNA sampling. However, much remains unknown about the optimal eDNA sampling strategies in physically dynamic nearshore environments, particularly how eDNA stratifies with depth. These data are from a multi-gene eDNA surveys at six sites within an Indigenous Protected and Conserved Area in Knight Inlet, British Columbia, Canada.
