Microbial communities associated with hydrothermal vent tubeworm assemblages Raw sequence reads

Characterization of microbes and invertebrate fauna associated with the hydrothermal vent foundation species Ridgeia piscesae. Covariance patterns between size classes and enrichment in different community types are used to identify primary cohorts of organisms for future study of critical ecosystem interactions.
