soil fungal community composition in the forest secondary succession

The objectives of this study were to (1) analyze the effect of forest secondary succession on soil fungal diversity and community composition in the P. yunnanensis forest (2) identify the key phyla of soil fungi in the forest secondary succession and (3) determine which factors were mostly associated with the change of soil fungal community composition. We expect that our findings to provide a valuable reference for vegetation restoration in P. yunnanensis forest.
