Hemistasia phaeocysticola transcriptome assembly

Environmental sequencing studies revealed diplonemids to be among the most species-rich and diverse planktonic lineages in global oceans. Several new diplonemid species have recently been established in culture and described. Current project is aimed at sequencing, assembly and analysis of the transcriptome of Hemistasia phaeocysticola, a diplonemid belonging to the family Hemistasiidae.
